On most occasions we deliver and set up on the day of the event. There have been occasions to where a client may have access to a venue or location the day before which would also allow us to set up a day earlier based on our availability.

We recommend placing your order as soon as possible. For small orders we may be able to accommodate a week in advance but items are subject to availability. For Peak season and holidays we recommend booking 1-3 Months in advance. (Spring, Graduations, Fall Wedding season, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.).
Yes, changes are subject to approval and availability. Order changes can be done up to 3 days prior to your event date
Clients can pay via check, credit card, cash app, or direct deposit. Please Be Seated accepts all major credit cards. Payment is due in full is 30 days prior to delivery.
Please Be Seated must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location, at least three weeks prior to the scheduled date of event. Notification of any changes need to be made by phone ALONG with written notice sent via email for documentation. If there is a change in location and it requires more installation of equipment and fabric, the quoted price will be adjusted. It is the clients/planners/coordinators responsibility to confirm all arrangements at least 7-10 days prior to the event. If the clients does change the date of the event, and Please Be Seated is unavailable to provide services, then Please Be Seated is released from all contract obligations, and shall in no way be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-performance. In the event of change of address or contact information (time, etc.) as listed, you must notify Please Be Seated.
If the event is cancelled for any reason, the retainer fee, which is 20% of the contracted agreement or monies paid, will not be refundable. If cancellation is due to seen or unforeseen acts of God such as hurricanes, inclement weather, untimely demise, or other causes beyond the control of the clients or Please Be Seated, the service will be performed on a date that the clients and Please Be Seated can agree upon.
If the event is cancelled for any reason, the retainer fee, which is 20% of the contracted agreement or monies paid, will not be refundable. Sometimes an item may get damaged in transit. Please Be Seated will make best possible effort to remedy the situation as soon as discrepancies are reported. However, Please Be Seated shall not be liable to lessee for any loss, damage or liability resulting from the use of its rental property or from the condition of said property.

For 10% of your total rental costs, we will waive any damages that happen to our rented items during your rental; excluding intentional damages, negligence, and/or theft.
Any damage to the Furniture, or missing items of Furniture, which were not included in the delivery slip will be noted at pick up. Within 30 days following the Furniture removal, Please Be Seated shall provide an itemized invoice for repair or replacement cost. Client shall pay the amount submitted by Please Be Seated within 30 days of receipt.
